All girls are gold diggers. I'm not going to sugarcoat it anymore. I've never met a girl who didn't want money on planet Earth. All guys are evil. Every guy wants everyone else to suffer while he alone experiences pleasure. There's no such thing as a nice guy. I've never met one on planet Earth. I'm not on anyone's side. It's me vs. humanity.
What a load of absolute crap... High maintenance is a completely different thing and if she's high maintenance she wants attention not money. Know what the hell you are talking about before making some general assumptions.
high maintenance also means she always wants the best and most expensive of everything. Plus constant attention like you said of course. (high maintenance is OK if she makes her own money and enough of it to live the lifestyle, but not OK if she expects the guy to pay her way)
high-maintenance adjective needing a lot of work to keep in good condition. informal (of a person) demanding a lot of attention. "if Martin could keep a high-maintenance girl like Tania happy, he must be doing something right"
lol if I was street smart? you having a laugh? you are a child compared to me. I have seen everything going. You know nothing about me. Don't try to justify your poor understanding of phrases in the English language by saying you are street smart. LMAO
1. Would I prefer a girl, who looks like a witch and stinks like a very old basement carpet? No freaking way! A girl should look after her self /!\ 2. Obviously agreed. 3. True. 4. Obvious red flag is obvious.
How to spot a NON-gold-digger. You can't. You are left with the risk to find out so... ... ...
I'm not saying (all) girls are gold diggers, but (many) girls are gold diggers :-\
nahhh how to spot a NON gold digger is easy man. Ask her about her Job ambitions and her opinion on traditional gender roles. Ask her on a date and say you'll go dutch because you believe in equality. Ask her if she can pick you up in her car because you don't have one/is currently broken down. Ask her opinion on what the purpose of life is. Screening out shallow/dumb/insincere women is really rather simple if you ask the right questions.
Luckily I have yet to date a gold digger, and that's even after I got my first real career. If I spotted one, I'd call them out ASAP. Not that I mind paying by any means but if it's just me paying 100% of the time! especially if the girl has a job then I'd be pissed.
I've been dealing with rebounders and those just looking for attention and ego boosts which is also pretty bad within the past year.
if a guy wants me! they better have $$$ lol jk!!! but honesty speakiing guys this days would buy anything whatever the girl wants!!! i know this because guys be buying me things!! and i glady accept it hahah
Say things like you are so amazing, beautiful, intelligent and cute and other bullshit.
Then only to discover they are con artists living in a shanty apt with a wife and five kids.

How to spot a gold digger: Find a girl in the 18-29 age range. Roughly 80 percent of them are gold diggers under 30 years old. A woman's sex drive peaks in her 30's and they look at other factors when they hit this age range, since they're not desired as much.
I'm still not able to rise above the flakes who waffle on everything; and the freakazoids that come on strong, find one ideological difference between the two of us, and then turn into the Wicked Witch of the West on me.

That last one is very true. I smell the bullshit. "I'm traditional." Yeah uh huh. A traditional gold digger.
I usually don't pay for my dates, I'm the nature type of guy. My date would consist of us doing some type of natural adventure outdoors. I only date girls I've known for a while.
man i hate point 4. in fact i never pay for her on a first date, because i want to date grown up girls that can make a living on her own and doesn´t just look for a daddy to give them all they need.
well to be honest, i offer it... but i expect her to insist on paying for herself. i think we don´t live in the 40´s anymore, where the guy was the breadearner and had to provide for his woman. i think woman should be able to provide for themselfes.
i´m not a jerk. i will invite her later on, when i started liking her to kind of show her that i like her. but not at first.
@love2run13 the point is that it has nothing to do with respect, if anything if we're trying to be more equal as a society then paying for someone when they have the opportunity to work and make their own way is childlike thinking. Women can now step up and not have to be treated like second class and its admirable to meet those women that do.
women for centuries: please let us be equal to you men: [eventually]: okay women: oh wait you still should pay for the first date, we don't want to be THAT equal
Every single girl I've been with has said that she wants to go dutch... I usually push to pay if it's the first date, but at least I know they're not gold diggers and never were.
Before you go around embarassing yourself by being a grammar hero, why don't you first learn the definitions and functions of the words you're trying to work with? Since i see you in such a haste to speak of other people first before knowing your English I'll provide the definitions and functions for you:
Where firstly is an adverb/conjunction/pronoun used to either tell/refer ti a preposition/place an object/subject is in. The second function (which is the one you seem to be struggling with at the moment) is that 'Where' is used as a reference point.
"The only comment section where 'you're' and 'your' is used correctly". As you can see here the word 'Where' is used as a conjunction as well as REFERRING to the 'place' (being the comment section).
Now on the other hand, we have the word 'Were' which is a state of BEING VERB used to describe something from the past. For Example:
"WHERE (the place of reference) WERE (the BEING VERB) you last night?"
You can see that the word 'Where' CANNOT be used as a being verb and can ONLY stay as an adverb/conjunction/pronoun whereas WERE can only be used as a BEING VERB to describe something from the past (Linked to the pronoun, that's why it's called a BEING verb). Another exampled "WERE you there?".
Therefore in conclusion, the sentence "This is the only opinion & comment section where 'you're' and 'your' was used correctly." is in fact correct. You can see that WHERE has been used as a conjunction to refer to a place, however if you used WERE, it would not make sense because the word WERE needs to be linked with another pronoun in order for it to function.
I prefer dating women who can pay for their own expenses. If you want to date 20 year olds at the age of 36 you will have to pay them for sitting with you at dinner. They get a free lunch, you got to talk with a young lady
I'm no gold digger. I've dated and loved the brokest people. I'm okay to buy things when in a relationship. I'll buy him small gifts when dating. If he really is THAT broke, I'll pay for dinner. But if a man doesn't want to impress me enough to pay for my meal in the dating phase, he isn't worth my time. I've always ordered something reasonably cheap, anyway.
Oh and you're not making assumptions with your take? Everything in your take is an assumption when it's perfectly possible for a woman to not be a gold digger and still do some of those things.

Welp , You must live in some real shithole man xD
@CottonMuffin
Yeah, it's called planet Earth.
Wow, I'm sorry for writing my first post. Humanity depends on my existence.
Not all girls are gold diggers. Most girls aren't gold diggers. Most girls actually nice. Most guys are evil, though.
Most girls are actually nice.
I really like you girls who post these MyTakes! You are the real girls, not those shaloow money sucking whores.
thanks :)

no just this:
high-maintenance
adjective
needing a lot of work to keep in good condition.
informal
(of a person) demanding a lot of attention.
"if Martin could keep a high-maintenance girl like Tania happy, he must be doing something right"
the phrase has come to mean far more than the dictionary definition. if you were street smart you would know this
lol if I was street smart? you having a laugh? you are a child compared to me. I have seen everything going. You know nothing about me. Don't try to justify your poor understanding of phrases in the English language by saying you are street smart. LMAO

Still, I'm sure my time won't come soon but even times change, and so your advice is helpful ;)

Exactly. Can't find women in the 18-29 age range who care about something other than money or looks.
I don't understand what a Range Rover has to do with being high maintenance. Isn't that like a Jeep looking thing?
It's not meant to be taken literally
As there is hardly any content apart from the photos, one has no choice.
A Range Rover is an SUV yes. But in the US, Land Rover markets the Range Rover as a luxury vehicle.
From truecar. com
2015 Land Rover Range Rover
Factory invoce: $95,220
Average paid: $102,784
MSRP: $102,990
How many Jeeps do you think you can get for 100 grand?
@gray_sailor Just saying it's an ugly car.
So is a Bentley, the point of driving either of them is to publicly display your wealth.
@gray_sailor but if one is a gold digger, wouldn't one not have the money to afford such things?
The implication is that she is not the one paying for it. Instead, it's merely an example of the kind of car that she could be expected to "accept".
A woman that HAS to have a $100,000 car paid for by her SO because a $30,000 car would be gauche pretty much defines the term "gold digger".
I'm still not able to rise above the flakes who waffle on everything; and the freakazoids that come on strong, find one ideological difference between the two of us, and then turn into the Wicked Witch of the West on me.

Paying for the date is traditional and shows the guy respects the girl and can provide for her, its an insult if he doesn't at least offer
well to be honest, i offer it... but i expect her to insist on paying for herself. i think we don´t live in the 40´s anymore, where the guy was the breadearner and had to provide for his woman. i think woman should be able to provide for themselfes.

also: i don´t look for "traditional" girls anyway so it wouldn´t make any sense for me to do so ;)

@driel word !
Women can be equal to men, that has nothing to do with it-I still think its a good gesture for the guy to pay for the first date.
women for centuries: please let us be equal to you
men: [eventually]: okay
women: oh wait you still should pay for the first date, we don't want to be THAT equal
yeah and don´t forget that we still are supposed to do the first step (asking out) either xD so much for equality.
Every single girl I've been with has said that she wants to go dutch... I usually push to pay if it's the first date, but at least I know they're not gold diggers and never were.

She is good at twerking and owns a Coco Chanel hand bag.
This 😝
Fuckin LOL
Lol another guy who is intimidated by girls who make money... yeah okay.
A girl wrote this. Also she isn't talking about that she's talking about girls who go out with guys just because they have money.
A woman with her own money is perfectly fine.
A woman with her boyfriend's money, with that money being understood to be part of the arrangement under which she is his girlfriend... unacceptable.
Romantic relationships should not have a mercenary component to them.
You're not a man if you don't pay for your dates. If she insists on helping pay, have her pay the tip.
You're pathetic. Nothing but a door mat.
Actually, you're a man if you're male. Whether or not you pay is irrelevant.
This... Is the only opinion & comment section where 'you're' and 'your' was used correctly. Omfg. 😐
The amount of people who use incorrect grammar is cancerous.
paying for dates is something and over paying is something else
@QooLipBite were*
@QooLipBite :) Don't we all.
@J-Thug I was not aware that you have hatred toward yourself.
@QooLipBite Well to be fair you aren't aware of many things, such as your bad grammar.
@J-Thug Ah Hem?
K bitch you wanna go? I'll foking rek u m8.

BITCH SIT THE FUCK DOWN. BIIAATCH.
@QooLipBite are you stupid? the "where" was placed correctly, it's the "was" that is wrong.
It's easier to just avoid younger women. If I find a mature woman, chances are she's not a gold digger.
flawed logic
Not flawed at all. When a person matures they understand that money and looks aren't as important as young people think.
dumb assumption. from my experience, those who understand money when they are older were the ones who always understood it.
it's not about maturing if it's already ingrained into you
Oh and you're not making assumptions with your take? Everything in your take is an assumption when it's perfectly possible for a woman to not be a gold digger and still do some of those things.
