Girl's Behavior

CONSTANTLY hyper around me!

Does being hyper around a certain person mean anything really?

I never thought it did if the person seems to be that way with everyone...it's just their nature...but if the guy is as normal as they get, around everyone else, but around a certain person [in my case -me-], this boy can't seem to take a long breath! Everything he says is flirtatiously-jokingly inclined, "happy happy happy", kinda loud, he can't stand still around me, he's ALWAYS smiling (like the biggest smile in the world), laughing (even when the things I say aren't funny...)...

WTH is he doing this for anyways?

It sort of made me think he liked me until he got himself a girlfriend, then I figured he's just weird around me because he is...no real explanation...or IS there?

I'm really curious as to WHY he's acting this way around me...

Can someone...ANYONE explain?!?
