Some do some don't. It bothers me when guys say ALL girls get dressed just for male attention. It doesn't even have to be dressing up. Guys will say girls only wear shorts for guys to stare at their ass.
Of course some girls dress for male attention, some don't. But I think most of us girls have multiple reasons for why we dress the way we do. I personally don't get dolled up. I'm more of a t-shirt and shorts or jeans kind of person 75% of the time. I wear what's comfortable and cute, I'm not trying to get stared at.
Of course it's nice to dress up and be viewed as pretty! My husband and I go on a date night at least once a week, get dressed up, and go out and spend the night enjoying time together. I enjoy when guys view my as attractive, and my husband takes it as a compliment as well (as long as they aren't rude or disrespectful about it of course).
eh. I don't know. that kind of attention is kind of... intoxicating. but then it just makes me want to hide. i don't really think of the guys as "pervy" exactly... I don't know. honestly, it depends on the outfit.

Attention at the street, no. Depending on the time of day it can even be scary..
Attention at the bar, yes.
Attention from guys who could be my father or grandfather... annoying. They tend to have no manners / social clues at all and stare the longest and don't even look away when you give them dirty looks.
Not the men in that photo. They look like they're up to no good AND looking at her as just a body (no respect for who she is as a person). However, if I were in public wearing a red dress, and a man walked up to me and said, "I just wanted to say you look absolutely fabulous in that dress," and then walked away, I would be flattered.
I don't like getting attention from random people in general.

If they are making perverted comments then... I feel disrespected.
But of course, the way men comment at you as a lot to do with your outfit.
It just really depends on the way they are checking me out and how old they are.
Reality is girls like to be pretty. It's like a competition to look better than other girls but we also like the attention of guys not of creeps or weirdos. Not sure it's the goal to tease guys
I don't really dress up except for occasions like weddings or church, etc. So when I do, I guess it'd be ok. I don't really care about attention. I'm so introverted 😶
I'd say, this would be a compliment. Unless they were gawking with their girlfriend next to them. That ain't right. It puts everyone in an awkward position and then I'd feel terrible.
When I know that I've taken time to pick out an outfit and get all dolled up, damn straight I appreciate the attention from guys.

if the guy is a similar age then its fine and as long as he doesn't make a rude comment about what im wearing its ok
Let's be honest. I dress up to feel sexy and for men to stare at me. I find it flattering.
it's okay if it is an innocent compliment i find it cute but if it is oddly sexual no thanks
