Depends on a lot of factors.
You can't argue with stupid. The stupid one always wins (to some extent, at least in their own mind) and thinks they are right despite logic.
The more manipulative one or less easily manipulated one will most likely win despite the argument.
There are people who really dont want to argue about stupid things and will just let it go.
