Girls, why do girls hide their feelings so well?

I had no idea these 2 girls were into me (maybe I'm too dumb to pick up on the cues) turned out they both fancied me.. which I did not get the impression at all.

I can understand playing your cards close to your chest moto, and the fear of rejection, but some girls play this game for a very long time and it can get annoying!

Why are girls hard to read?

Cause we don't know if the guy feels the same way and we don't wanna seem desperate or thirsty so we try to play it cool otherwise we think the guy would take advantage of us or just use us as an eho boost or something. The guy has to show some interest for the girl to open up.. Maybe start a conversation or something
