Why do girls always believe they're choosers?

Girls always seem to believe they're choosers in dating, and they get angry when reality proves otherwise. I see girls get really mad when guys they like who are out of their leagues either ignore them or don't behave as desired. It's like girls honestly believe that once they've decided on a guy, that's it, he's hers for as long as she wants to be with him. I see this a lot with girls who are maybe average in attractiveness going after guys who are above average. Do y'all not realize that guys have choices, too?

However, I think entitlement goes both ways
I've seen guys go around claiming someone
I've seen girls do the same
It usually ends bad when that person gets called out

Then the rejectee usually responds talking down to the rejector, or telling people how they didn't really want them anyway and they spend all their time comparing them to other options they have
That's how you know, who really was running the show

That goes both ways - especially with young people. Attractive people are enticing to both men and women, but we learn how to balance our natural instinct to be interested in them with a search for other character traits.

I have to say, though, finally, a young guy who gets that most girls don't get every one they want, either. Most of your peers on the interwebz seem to think that average and below average girls having hot dudes lining up for them.

No, everyone has to fight for what they want, I get that. I probably get it because I'm not one of these perpetually dateless guys who feels like an outsider with his nose pressed up against the glass watching everyone else have fun. I used to be on that side of things when I was fat, but fortunately things turned when I got myself in shape.

Seeing both sides of the equation myself (I have been there too, though with anxiety issues rather than weight) I think it helps you be both empathetic but also more assertive to find something that actually works for you, rather than accepting crumbs. Your experiences should really help you in the dating world.

Girls are more emotional than guys, so when guys get rejected then get hurt but deal with it quicker, when a girl gets rejected she gets hurt and doesn't deal with it as quickly, and can deal with it in nasty ways such as getting angry etc... so it's not that girls don't think you guys have choices, it's more she is hurt that the choice isn't her

I don't really buy the whole "women are more emotional" theory of gender. I'm more emotional than most girls I've dated, some of them even being so crass as to mock emotions as "feels."

Can't really argue with science.. It's proven women are more hormonal, and those hormons= emotions.. Like periods. We experience almost every emotion within an hour cause our hormone levels are raised.. Anyways, as for the girls who mock emotion as feels I can tell you it's because nowadays girls are so primed into believing that almost all guys are jerks and so it's their way of not taking attraction too seriously in case they get hurt. And no girl wants their heart broken..

You're not arguing with it because you know im right and don't have the humility to accept it... But it's fine, I'm not begging you to accept my opinion, which you obviously wanted since you asked this question:P if you don't like it fair enough, it's just how most of the girls I know and I function, but we may be just 5/3 billion or however many girls there are on earth:)

You're funny. You made the claim, so it's incumbent upon you to back it up. Without proof your claim is hot garbage, which is precisely what it seems to be.

Okay ill rephrase, woman and men are equally emotional, but project the emotion differently; hence women stereotypically coming off as more emotional since typically their emotional reactions are more intense. And before you call my claim 'bullshit' again, you can just think and realise that men and women ARE different and so generally will react differently to different things
