Do Women lust after strangers?

Lust by definition in simplified terms is sexual desire.
As a man I definitely feel lust at certain times when i simply see or meet an attractive woman, however this response is ususally not that frequent but it definitely happens.
I can already see women commenting something like "I couldn't have sex without emotion", thats not the question... I to wouldn't have sex with a stranger or someone i barely knew (ik a lot of men make out they would but in real life if they were confronted i'm sure most would decline).
So my question is can women meet or look at strangers and feel lust (not would you have sex with him) but simply in your head feel lust.

To get a (typical) woman to lust after you based on your appearance alone you need to be ridiculously hot.

No they don't because women are nowhere as sexual as men.. If men is at 100 sexuality, women would be at 10. So women are 10 times less sexual.

Yep when I first met my now boyfriend. I didn't know him at the time but I definitely lusted after him. That's how we got together in the first place.

I would have to get to know them and like something about them to feel any lust or something

If I keep seeing them yes with little to no interaction. Almost every time it happens with connection.
