My co-worker and I are on registers in a shop. The counter we stand behind is narrow, you can walk through with a little extra space. When someone needs to go past another person, usually we just lean back to make room and let the other person by. You have to walk in sideways though. That being said, it's not unfeasible for this to be a sign of interest, if you're willing I recommend finding a way to ask how accidental these brush ups are, or at the very least if she could potentially be interested.
