Look, I know all about how most guys suck at taking hints. But how about girls?

I liked guy in summer camp once and he was dropping hints for half the summer and then randomly got a girlfriend but we still hung out and he was still flirty with me so I wrote him a letter and had a mutual friend deliver it to him that basically said " I think I'm falling in love with you (keep in mind I was a freshman in high school and full of naïveté) so I can't hang out with you anymore because you have a girlfriend and it hurts so much. He called me and invited to brunch the next day where he told me that he had liked me all summer and he would break up with his girlfriend if I asked him too. So yeah. I sucked at reading signs there. I think it's much harder to read signs if you are attracted to the person. Like I can tell if someone I'm not attracted to is attracted to me usually but can't fathom mutual attraction.

Nah I can tell straight away, even if I'm in a queue at a shop and a guy looks my way I'm paying attention to see if they're looking at me. Tho I'm hight awkward so I do pay attention to everything

Mainly because we know what it's like to miss a hint so we don't wanna give other people the same feeling.
