so in the past 2 weeks, I have driven this girl whom I kinda like to school. we have got coffee and like sandwiches before heading to class. and I have paid for her twice already because I feel like as a guy, I should pay for her. I gotta admit that another reason is probably because I have a crush on her. tomorrow, I will be driving her again and she told me that she will eat first at home before I pick her up because she feels bad that I have paid for her last two meals. i am glad to hear that because apparently the last girl I dated was a gold digger who expected me to pay all the time. however, I don't know if this girl is trying to make it clear that we are just normal friends or she just doesn't want me to pay all the time? what do you guys think? and if you are that girl , what would you do about it?

My last tinder date and I hung out many times. I told him that I will help him pay but he never let me did that. I get it when he told me he’s a man and he should treat me good but to be honest it makes me feel guilty like I let him do everything for me. So at least I just want to help. It will reduce my guilty if he just let me pay too.

She's letting you know that you don't have to spend money on her. She feels bad that your spending money on her and she that hasn't gotten the chance to repay you for your kindness. Or she could be letting you know that she is independent.

well today when we went to buy food, she had her wallet out and was going to pay but like I pulled out my debit first before her so she ended up not paying. she did have the intention to pay today and its just I didn't let her. do you think this whole thing has anything to do with whether she likes me back or only as a friend? and do you think she already has a feeling that I like her?

I think she likes you and that's why she's making an effort to pay. Most of the time girls are clueless so she probably doesn't think you like her.

I don't feel like it would hurt anything by asking her out, just make sure she knows that you truly want to treat her to something special, basically it is your pleasure to do the paying. I think that before she did what she did, because she just didn't want it to become a habit of you paying for her meals all the time.

Probably the more casual the better, so I guess saying something along the lines of -hey I wanted to show you this place, or -hey I was wondering... can we go out/ hang out together later? Or even something like -could a taxi boy like me take a girl like you out to dinner? (ok I don't know about this one haha, depends on the girls personality)

ahaha you are funny too. the taxi thing I might have to think about it. by the way do you think she already has a feeling that I like her. for example, if a guy buys you food all the time , will you think that she may have a crush on you or smt?

She might be suspicious of you liking her, yes. If a guy bought me food all the time I would be suspicious that he may like me, but I would probably wind up brushing away the thought and just say he is a nice guy, until I knew for sure.

Yeah, I would probably let him drive me still, and just because I didn't like- like him, that wouldn't mean I wouldn't enjoy his company.

There is no harm in waiting a little bit and building the friendship before you take the dating step. Just have fun with your time together now and maybe try to find hints if she likes you or not while you are at it.

when I first talked to her on instagram, she had suggested that we should hang out sometimes. I asked her if she wanted to see my high school and she said she was down for it. that weekend, she also asked to go to a frat party with her but I didn't cuz I was busy. I am not sure if that meant anything

She obviously wanted to hang out with you and that is a good sign. She might be interested in you, but still a little unsure of herself. Maybe you two should go out together, just so you get to know each other better. That is a good reason to go out.

but like when girl says "we should hang out sometime". does she mean like actually go out and have a plane or she is just saying that we should talk to each other in school?
