They're acting like brats because they are brats... then I look at Mom (Dad usually isn't even on the show), and I'm thinking..."You raised a spoiled brat." Usually you'll see it with the financially disabled. Parents or parent, has to work, child get's raised by babysitters who usually have kids of their own and is watching more than one brat... no parent-child bond ever develops and there really is no relationship there. Then the days come where that little brat is old enough to stay at home, no supervisor or cringy babysiter, just the kid at home... doing whatever they want with no guidance except for other brats just like her.
It's a sad story, but for some reason people keep making babies when their not going to be able to provide a lifestyle where at least one 'real' parent is at home raising their own damn kid. Get financially set first... but the more that financial destabilization, the worse it gets.
Then there is the parents that stay at home, living off welfare, humping randoms, and probably has addiction issues. Some parents shouldn't be parents at all.
It's more of a younger thing. When they grow up, they'll start to realize that they move ahead in society if they don't possess proper social etiquette and social skills. If anyone thinks that being rude is the only way to feel empowered and respected, then they have some deeply rooted insecurities. It's overcompensation. I avoid people who are rude, just as everyone else subconsciously does. It's tasteless and unpleasant to be around someone like that. The girl above is ridiculous, and it had a shock factor, which is entertaining. I don't think anyone actually looks up to that girl.
I don't know. I'm a straight forward girl. I carry my own and I don't need to break the law to prove it. I don't need to be loud to say volume. And I have never been in a fight in a day in my life.
I think it really depends on the class.
I have a friend who is like that. she nice when we are alone but in public she just racquet. she has to come see me if she wants to chit chat. It too embarrassing.
Honest even on social media YouTube etc it's all girls fighting! And the things the rest of the girls watching shout is shocking. "Bang her head off the ground" "punch her in the face" "make her bleed" is a few of the nasty things. Girls are getting nastier

The shows give them attention because it makes them money, unfortunately. Also:

Simply because it's trendy.. It's entertainin for people to see especially since that girl is capitalizin off of actin like what people perceive as "ghetto".. Too many people give it attention really. Whether they are disgusted, amused, rootin for her, etc..
I guess Because good girls were not respected enough and the behaviour was not rewarded so no motivation to continue it... This behaviour brought them some attention at least if nothing else which is quite a powerful positive reinforcement so the motivation to pursue it persisted and now we are more and more girls being inclined towards it.
P. S. - it's just a hypothesis of what I think might've been the case.
They’re attention seekers, and they mistake this bitchy behavior with confidence, especially with the idolization of some nasty celebrities that always get comments like «she’s such queen!» for acting rude
Never is and never will be , same with bad boys eventually it gets old and dies hard. remember the justin bieber bad boy days yeah not someone who is happy with themselves. Or even someone like Amy Schemur can’t spell her name , she gets a lot of hate not just from stealing jokes but just making people uncomfortable.
Because being a bad girl is more entertaining than being a good girl. I'd rather watch some girl cuss out her mother than watch a girl scout hand out cookies. A handful of other people would agree. That's the honest truth.

I avoid these self-proclaimed "bad girls" like the plague. They've got a lot of growing up to do, and contrary to what they may think, they're not worth the attitude.
Cuz they’re like ‘clickbait’, people love to watch them ‘acting badass’ and embarrassing themselves. Some find them funny.

Because they sought-after by many men; they promise sexual and other excitement that the more "boring" good girls can't match.
It takes no effort to be one. Just start shouting ignorant stuff and only worry about getting your hair and nails done. No effort
