As a background, we've been friends all summer. She was dating my good friend since early June and we all went to music festivals together. It started out innocent but she moved closer to me and eventually laid down with her head in my lap. I put my arm around her and was gently caressing her hips and stomach with my finger. She interlocked fingers with me and I caressed her hand with my fingers very gently. She then said "you're killing me... killinggg mee." I didn't kiss her because there really wasn't that moment where we both looked at each other in the eyes and I didn't want to rush such a delicate situation.
