What does it mean when you're cuddling with a woman, caressing her gently, she interlocks fingers with you and says "you're killing me, killinggg me"?

As a background, we've been friends all summer. She was dating my good friend since early June and we all went to music festivals together. It was a tribe of us all like family, not just the three of us, but me and her clicked and would adventure off together. She would message me randomly out of the blue at like 2am to tell me she missed me. A little more than a month ago he cheated on her and she found inappropriate pictures to other women. All she wanted was to see me that weekend so I told her we would go on an adventure together when she got out of work. At this point everything is so fresh I'm not trying anything with her other than taking her mind off of everything. The boyfriend catches us together innocently hanging at her place, his mind goes elsewhere and he loses his shit. Even though she left him and he has no right to be there he was out of his mind crazy and nothing rational would get through to him. Things flew around her apartment and he left heated. Basically if anything were to happen between her and anyone in our group it would be madness. Me and her are messaging a week later and the conversation led to her saying "you're so wonderful, such a good friend," and then a paragraph where she says "you're 100% the guy all women want, a gentleman, intellegent, funny, romantic, sexy, spontaneous, you have your head on your shoulders anndd you can sing!" "I just couldn't love you more, ugh!" Flash forward to us cuddling on her couch two weeks later watching a movie. It started out innocent but she moved closer to me and eventually laid down with her head in my lap. I put my arm around her and was gently caressing her hips and stomach with my finger. She interlocked fingers with me and I caressed her hand with my fingers very gently. She then said "you're killing me... killinggg mee." I didn't kiss her because there really wasn't that moment where we both looked at each other in the eyes and I didn't want to rush such a delicate situation.
