I don't think it's repulsed, more like annoyed by... Especially if it turns out they had no interest from the start and have just been using you for money or other things. Been down that road too many times.

"Hard to get" is great as long as it isn't an act. If she is fake, manipulatively "choosy" then that is annoying.

"Easy" does not interest me personally. They probably feel the same way about me, which is fine. I don't criticize them.
