Try to see if the feelings come from before you even hang out with him. Maybe the days you feel shy are days you don't feel the best either you don't feel like your looks are where they should be like your not matching or maybe you just don't feel that great that day. I would try to relate this with some days people feel more motivated to work out or exercise then other days. Not sure its the same but maybe it will help a little. Try making sure you have great mornings and feel wonderful before you see him and see if it helps how you act around him.
