I think my girlfriend is cheating but have no proof, what should I do?

Okay so the thing is, me and my girlfriend have been together for two years now. Lately she tells me that she doesen't recieve my messages, needs hours to reply and goes on walks with her mom for an hour and a half. The thing is that she was hanging out with some of her male friends while lying to me about it for months at a time. What should I do? I tried confronting her about how I feel and I expressed my emotions and opinion about and I just tried to be as genuine as possible but she start screaming and accusing me of cheating and telling me I don't love her because I don't trust her. And yes that might seem like I don't but the thing is I don't push myself to feel that way and I won't push myself not to feel that way because that's not something a mental stable person does. So since I tried confronting her about it each and every time I go out with my guy friends she starts arguments, accuses me of cheating and tells me that I should have sex with some other woman. Please for god's sake help me.

It sounds like she was gaslighting the whole thing. First I wanna say if someone really is innocent they wouldn't go on a rampage tryna make you feel about even asking. If you really care about her I'd say that you should try talking to her again and if she won't even give you an answer without making you feel bad then maybe consider that a red flag. If you are hurting and she doesn't care I don't think she's the one for you, she'll weigh heavy on your mental health. Prioritize yourself.

Her blaming you is a red flag. When people cheat, they will doubt if their partner did the same thing as them. When their partner gets suspicious, they try to manipulate you into thinking it's all in our head and we're crazy. Gaslighting is mostly done by narcissists. You can try cat fishing her and then flirting with her to spit the truth. Maybe when she ain't around, try to go through her phone. Or just dump that bimbo saying you feel really confused and need some time
