Do women let themselves go after they get married and have a couple of kids?

Depressed, sad and unmotivated people tend to let themselves go. Even if you are not committed or have kids you may let yourself go. I have neglected my appearance many times due to all the stress of taking care of everything on my own and being tired when I am not doing it all, but I don't let it go too far. At the moment I am badly in need of a haircut, mani and pedi and facial so bad that my skin is breaking out, but I will get to it maybe this weekend. We all have to prioritize and treat ourselves sometimes, self love is the best foundation to showing love to others. Join a gym or do some sort of daily activities that will lower your stress levels and keep up with your appearance not just for husband but it will make you feel so much better and do so much better at life.
If you have a husband he should be helping you and not leaving everything for you to do. A relationship is a doorway where the door swings both ways. Both should contribute. Otherwise one can get depressed and just not care about their appearance any more.
Two factors will contribute here, stress encourages weight gain and not enough time to yourself makes working out much more difficult, although running around after and carrying kids is hard work. Some people may just be more predisposition led to it genetically too, and others may just be ‘lazy’ or exhausted depending on the support they have around them too.
I can agree with that.
For many, it seems that childbirth brings about physiological changes that make obesity much more likely. Of course, some women stop trying to maintain their appearance. And some women do maintain their appropriate weight and youthful appearance after childbirth.
True, some do. Celebs manage to do because they have nannies for their kids so they have nothing to do but work out all day. That or frequent lipo. Genes also have a lot to do with it. If your grand parents were chunky you might be predisposed to be heavy too. Some genes can skip a generation and your parents can be skinny and you heavy, especially if your body has a heavy bone structure meant to carry the weight your genes specify. I was 190 lbs. on a 5/6 frame and have gotten down to 130ish but it is a fight to maintain it. I'm sure if I ever have kids I will balloon back up to plumping speed.
Sometimes. Women put on weight when they get pregnant, often over eat when pregnant and this weight can be hard to lose when still having to look after children. And also affects this. Womens bodies rarely return to their natural size after pregnancy
At least not without a lot of hard work.

Sure I think women and men can do it ,, and do do it,, the cool part is like with the girl in ur post picture ,, her eyes say she still has it going on. ,, and this is when she says fuck you boys I have things to do ,,, I have thought you loved you I have given I have taken and today tells me it's my turn to get paid for all I have given to all of you so from this day forward I'm working on me and then follow through
A job you can do in your pajamas is not a hard job. Try working in a coal mine and get back to me with what is hard and what isn't. Some just let themselves go because the only goal they had in life was to have kids so they could not work and just sit at home and eat and watch TV.
Sometimes it seems that way.
It doesn't seem, it is that way... https://youtu.be/L-gbacsUKpc
you watch too much TV, especially today's comedians who can't get laughs unless the use profanity and are politically incorrect. The great comedians of the past got laughs from their jokes, not profanity and sex because they didn't need to. It was because they were good.
How can you sit in front of a TV all day every day and not know who are the greats in comedy? Bill Burr, sure is one of them. He also wouldn't buy this bullshit you're trying to sell here. Having kids is not an excuse for eating more than your body needs you fat cow.
That pic isn't of me so you can shoot your insults elsewhere.
It is true. That is the one where I was chunky. I am a lot slimmer know. Now why don't you show your beer belly pic or are you too shy, ugly, or fat?
I don't look like a Calvin Klein model but at least I know it's because I love chocolate too much. Furthermore unlike you I'm not walking around blaming others. "It's the kids who caused me to be fat" ... Just shows you how easy being a mom is, you just sit at home and get fat.
Like you would know.
Yeah I know, laundry day, oh boy oh boy. You have to put things into a machine and wait for an hour, how can anyone do this and not get exhausted is beyond me.
Can you imagine if guys tried to pull this off? I'm fat y'all because I'm a dad. xD
I don’t think childbirth is a walk in the park. I know that some women loose all core strength. It’s good to help and motive others to be active, particularly if they are not happy with there body image.
Some do. Some do not.
There's also lots involved with growing a baby that can affect too.
I've known plenty of women who let themselves go without marriage or kids. When she gets comfortable in a relationship to the point where she doesn't feel as if she has to compete anymore, she gains weight.
But not as much as married women. Until they can reign a man in they watch their appearance.
Sometimes it seems that way, but I never birthed a baby!
To make an honest opinion
Well if you were married you would have seen your wife experience it or not.
There’s no need for that. I know a girl who has three boys and she’s really hot.
I have no idea how she does that, especially when they are all below the age of 7. Unless they run her so ragged she gets in plenty of exercise.
And who takes care of the kids when she goes to the gym?
So he works all day and then comes home and has to watch 3 kids? A man's work is never done!
then should do sports with our wives
But I am single 🙂
Seems like you are playing the wrong game.
Nothing wrong with that girl. I think its just harder to stay in shape.
some do and some dont
It happens with men as well.
Are you talking from experience?
Me? I'm the epitome of health. 👍
How many kids do you want?
If I had kids I'd wind up like the pic in my question. I was 190 lbs. once and got down to 130ish but am predisposed to be heavy again if I ever have kids.:(
So how many? Cause i want kids.
I'm sure at least 2. My sister has 3 boys and she was run ragged. So I think I would be a player for two.
Cool we can try for 2. 😋
Is that you?
No, but I was close to that at one time.
