Is it normal for my girlfriend to do this with her married, older male coworker? am I being paranoid?

first, she sees him in the middle of the mall while we were sitting down, and she gets up to him, exclaims his name, says "I asked about you yesterday" - extends her hand to shake his hand and goes like "can i say hi to you?" and then he says he passed his exam, so she says i'd hug you if i could but i'd get fired cause of corona- so here's a virtual hug! she DM'ed him while he was traveling, and said "we miss you in the office!!! how are you?"- he says he isn't keen on coming back, so she said "well we're keen to see you, so don't get stuck there or something". That's besides the fact that he responds to all of her instagram stories.
I found out that they exchanged music together via e-mail, and that one day he goes like "why do you look depressed?"... she said "i need some TLC" (which stands for tender loving care LOL). am i being paranoid?

Depends if she's a flirty person. Some people are just really friendly and welcoming (part of what you might find attractive).

I'd be more suspicious of the guy, he's married so it's a little weird to be liking a coworkers dms. It could be a harmless coworker crush. I'd be worried If he was way more attractive than you. If he's commenting publicly, that's a lot less creepy than sending private dms.

Is she a naturally flirty person? Is she a very friendly and bubbly character?
If yes, this might be her usual behaviour with everyone.
I did read a story on quora. This highschool sweethearts. The guy was very loyal and spoiled her a lot. She once gave a bj to her ugky old coworker. But then she felt too terrible for cheating that she punished herself by sleeping with that guy.

I don't think that constitutes proof of anything improper but it should be enough to raise your concern. Has she ever given you any reason to not trust her?
