When you catch a girl stealing multiple glances?

I work with this girl whom ( across from me) is on quiet side. Heard she got boyfriend and she told me she has 2 kids. ( not sure by same dude.) Anyway, every time I look up at her 90% time she's looking at me. Then she quickly looks away.
Don't care bout girl nor want anything, but it happens every shift bout 2 to 3 times. Kinda annoying. Others say she just thinking, others say she don't want me just how she is, others say she does that sometimes. I say why my direction.

What do notice is she's type play games though, --like she'll ask me if need lift, next moment the girl gone, confronted her about it, she laughed it off.
-She don't talk to me unless she want something or others speak to me then she'll hop in.
- steals glaces, smile, talk one moment next leave don't say bye, she knows how cope a convo but refuse to, and mo shit.
So why do girls do this? Steal multiple glaces everyday for no reason.
