Girl invites me to church is this a test?

I know this girl for little over 2/3 months.
she mentioned directly and indirectly she is not looking for a relationship.
when she was drunk she gave me compliments like I'm amazing.
we had dinner the other night and she told me i should attend church with her and after church we would go for breakfast. the reason she said i should go to that church is to improve my relationship with god.
she tells me she trusts no one and she only has church friends.
I want to date her but this is confusing me

Uh…. I’d go in and check it out. But when we get to religion, people have a lot of different definitions of God, what god is, how god works, can we see god in other people, etc etc. Then in to origin and history of texts, who wrote them, what we know about who wrote them etc


There’s a big difference between Bart Ehrman’s scholarship on ancient biblical texts and people who just sign off on the 1611 King James English translation.


Then you need to vet the individual church for dogma and practice. Like can women be ministers? What role do different people play. Is there any cult elements going on.


Make sure Jesus is not her invisible magic boyfriend and God is not her replacement invisible father figure.

She seems like a semi-religious person who is probably into you but giving you hints that she wants you to be a church-goer religious type person if she's gonna date you. Go if you want, don't really see the problem as long you're being genuine about it giving it a try

It's not a test. From what you have said going to church is an important part of her life. If you want to be a part of her life you should go. A test would be something like 'will this guy go to church once'. From the blurb above she appears to be a devout religious person and you will most likely need to be one as well to be happy with her.
