Why is my ex still stubborn about me after 2 years, Why is he acting like this? she loves me? she hates me HELP?

Why my ex keep posting bad things about me after all this time.
I don't follow her, she doesn't follow me, we don't have any kind of communication.
But friends we have in common have noticed that every time i post something on social media she reacts.

ex:

• I posted a picture with a girl she went crazy posting about her boyfriend and posting quotes about that my love was fake etc.
• On my birthday she posted about someone that never loved her.
• That i treated her as one of my options. (never cheated on her)
• She recently deleted a picture on ig of a teddy bear that i gave her... then three days in a row posting quotes about that she made a decision, that i never loved her etc.
• And i can go on forever.

The thing is that six months ago i tried to reach out to her (Asking about how she's doing and her family... etc.) she replied then suddenly left me on read, so i never texted back, then she posted a meme about someone being sad bc was left on read.
But at the same time she post songs that i like, and things related to me: I love science, Basketball etc.)

I love her with my life but i ended the relantionship because was trying to put me on a competition with her ex... to see if loved her more than him. she is in a relationship with him at the moment. I'm trying to leave all this drama behind but is like everytime i'm moving on, she suddenly shows up in my life: someone who's not supposed to know her randomly post a picture of my ex, or someone that didn't knew about the relationship ask me about her... Why is he acting like this? she loves me? she hates me? why? I don't know what to do HELP!

She may love you. But if she clearly said you that she is in relationship with her ex, then no point in she loving you or staying with you. She can love you but you can stay as friends if she can't be able to move on from you but nothing more than that. Keep her a line that she should stay in her limits. But don't go out of way trying to seek revenge on her or trying to hurt her. If possible, have a clear talk with her instead of relying on some mutual friends talks. Ask her if she is single and wants you back. When taking back, if she is getting back with you, just ask her all the things clearly and put proper lines. There is nothing wrong in she checking you if you love her more than her ex. In fact, it shows that she needs more love and fortunately, she is wanting it only from you but not others. It means that in some sort, you are special to her. Maintain that specialness she has for you. Just because you have doubts on her doesn't mean that they are true. Fact check them directly by communicating with her properly. Assumptions aren't always true. The guy I'm dating now is doing the same. He is assuming things and feeling that I'm in relationship with his best friend without even asking me for the truth and cutting off ties with me when I didn't really cheat on him but I have his best friend as my best friend, that's it. There is nothing wrong in being friends with ex. If that is what bothers you, ask her to cut off ties with him to be with you. Of course, I still do the same thing. Actually his best friend loves me. I don't love him. I like him as a friend so that I don't break his heart, but he misunderstood it. I always check if my boy who I'm currently dating loves me more than his best friend or anyone else because I'm giving him that much value. I want him to exceed the care and love his best friend gives me so that I can feel proud that I'm in love with the best person who can do more of what others can't do. It's not about competition but I want his best friend to feel that no one can actually replace my boyfriend. I think so why she is wanting you to compete with her ex now. And the other thing is when she post bad things about you doesn't mean that she is actually making you look bad, but she is wanting you to understand her insecurities associated from her past traumas and she is feeling that you might be cheating on her. In this case, she will need your reassurance to feel secure and loved.

But if she clearly said you that she is in relationship with him, you don't need to understand her anymore. Just stay as friends. If that feels painful to you, you can take a break from her and then go back into her life as a friend. But don't purposely make her feel bad or cause anxiety so that it will become hard for her to move on. Don't ever block her on any social media. Instead you can limit your interaction with her so that she can move on from you if you're in relationship with her

Stay with her with care and understanding if she is only in love with you and if she isn't with her ex now.

Ask her to stay loyal if you want to take her back and put some restrictions which you want to so that you don't feel insecure. Dating a person with an ex may not be easy. But it will be worth it if you understand her properly and if you're sure that they're not in a relationship right now
