A few months ago I had recently politely asked my female coworker if she needed someone to walk her to her car (which was a good two minutes from the workplace). Since then I walked her out a few more times and we've conversed either about work or her school.
But recently after talking about her day she caught me off guard and asked me if I had a girlfriend or a wife then asked if I'd want kids of my own. I answered honestly, saying I was single and yes I'd like to have children some day.
I wanted to know, is she likely interested and was vetting me or trying to get info for a fellow colleague? Or was she trying to have a normal conversation?
