Well one wouldn't know about a psychopath because they hide it mostly through the entire lives appearing normal. Then sociopaths are addictive and fun to be around charismatic which can attract anyone but of course comes at the price them been unstable and irrational doing things based emotionally than thinking with morals and rational.
Then Narcissism I think is just unattractive but maybe it's the way they look after their appearance or try to come across as the best, someone actually falls for it themselves.

But no women don't attract to such types more than men. Mostly everyone can be and could be.

Even villians with these traits are only attractive when they have other good traits going on for them like intelligence and charisma.
But then again you are aware of the fact that it's an antagonist
