Do girls always approach guys they find attractive?

In my experience girls will always approach a guy she finds attractive (or at least make her intentions very clear) but do girls ever pretend they're not interested and wait for the guy to make a move?

Or shall I take it as any girl that doesn't approach or show her intentions with obvious things like keep Making eye contact isn't interested?

Nope. If I find someone attractive, I will not show him that I like him. And this is probably because I think he might already have a girlfriend/wife or he might be out of my league. Besides, I'd rather not make the situation uncomfortable if I flirted with him and he didn't feel the same way. Sorry, fellas. Us girls do this a lot because we hope the guy will approach us first.
