First let me point out (and read this sentence twice, to cement this because it's true), like women, EVERY guy is different. And society is focused on women's looks, and yes, we are visual and it is what we will notice first, BUT, not ALL we notice and there's MUCH more to you than looks. Like women with guys. And what will be UNATTRACTIVE is that insecurity and jealousy (as it would be with guys right?). So that will only push him more to another woman in general, never mind her looks. So don't focus on only the looks. It's not solely about that. And if it is for a guy, then he's got NO real interest in you or a real relationship.
As a guy and from what I have seen from other guys, no, we won't leave a girl for a prettier girl. It is very important when in a relationship, that the girl is his biggest cheerleader.
If another girl comes along and takes more interest in him than his own girlfriend, naturally, he will feel the pull toward this new girl.
I am not saying that cheating is justifiable, but if my girlfriend doesn't want to take part in the things that I do and only wants me to compromise for her, the love can feel very one-sided. This is the common reason why guys cheat on their girlfriends.
