(we are new friends about two days in) I'm friends with this guy and I'm someone who likes texting.
We aren't interested in each other it's just purely a friendship. Our friendship started for our love for games. I gave him my number so we could start playing games on the PS4 together.
We met each other from church, we are church friends. We have come to discover that we have a lot in common.
I'm pretty sure guys aren't big texters and he's nice I don't want to bother him and make him feel like he has to text me all the time. Should I leave his message on read and don't reply for a couple of days? Or is that mean and that'll hurt his feelings?
I don't really know what to do because this is a new friendship. I don't know who or how he is. I don't want to ask him because that'll seem weird lol 😆 so yeah.

I'm myself crazy texter. If I find someone good, interesting, quick in replies girl I'd immediately connect with her and want to hear from her daily as much as possible for hours I can chat with her.
But some guys aren't that much clingy. They don't want to text or hear from their friends all day or daily. So it depends on the guy

Yes you are right. I have texted with many people but in the end they ignore, ghost or block me without any reasons. maybe they are fed up with me.

Well it depends on his nature, how busy is he. He might find you clingy or whatever and won't like it.
But personally I love clingy talkative texting girl for me. I expect quick replies all day from her daily
