Girl's Behavior

Why is this woman always behaving like that?

So today i was about to grab something to eat with my boyfriend. While we were searching for somewhere to eat one of his friends called him and he asked if he and his girlfriend can join us. Of course we agreed. So i don't actually have a problem with her but sometimes her comments make me feel uncomfortable. Im a quite younger than my boyfriend and them so some times i feel like she is implying that i can't understand some things. She is that type of girl that its constantly comparing their relationship with ours. For example she asked me how for how long we've been together and when we replied 2.5 years she start saying that we still dont live together an stuff like. Also she is always trying too hard to show how happy they are together. Anyways that's not really my problem. Today while we were eating she asked me if my hair is real or extensions. I do wear a weave and i dont feel that good with my hair because i lost my hair when i was struggling with anorexia. Most of the times i say the truth about my hair but when i met my boyfriend i was stiil having issues with that so i never mentioned it. So i felt awkward mostly because he was there but also because of the way she asked me. I know that it was propably a bad reaction but i told her that thats my hair even when she kept asking me and describing why she tought they weren't. I mean i'm pretty sure she understood that i didin't like the question but stil l respond to her in a nice way. I really dont get why other women that actually know how we women feel about certain things make comments like that? Like im sure you took your time to do your hair and make up as well, why would you continue saying?
