Because when you are CEO, you get fame, wealth, recognition, respect, its a huge life accomplishment that you can put on your gravestone. Its something that you're significantly proud of. Something that sets you apart from the rest of the world. With all that money you make, you can travel anywhere in the world, eat the most delicious foods. Worry free. Guilt free. You worked hard when you were young so that you can rest when you get older.
But for housewiving, you get no recognition, its not a huge accomplishment (anyone can have kids. it really doesn't make you special), you work hard only for things to get even harder during your children's teenage years, it never gets easier, you might have a lot of worries for your children, you don't get to travel anywhere you want, go anywhere you want, do anything you want. Your entire life revolves around the lives of your family.
Its my dream to become a mother but if I had to pick between CEO and a housewife, I would definitely become a CEO. With the knowledge and wisdom I have as a CEO, I can make sure my kids grow up to be intelligent , successful adults. Furthermore I can inherit a company to my kids. So my kids can be financially well off and be able to support their families with ease.

Take a guy like me, right? I'm a Filmmaker, I invest in the stock market and I go to law school. Filmmaking is fun but it's not really the most lucreative way for me to waste my time; that's investing and legal work, both of which I can do anywhere in the world at all times. So if a woman comes up to me and says something like "well [my name], would YOU want to give up YOUR career to stay home all day and raise kids?" I'm gonna say "Uhh... yeah... The better question is why wouldn't any sane man? You're literally asking me if I want to stop putting up with corporate bullshit to improve the quality of my home life."
Women really have no idea how bad they shot themselves in the foot with feminism. We get easy non-committal sex and less of a need to work for a living.

You ever tried taking care of a kid? I guarantee you it literally physically feel like you are aging by 10 years by the minute.
Work related stuff is much more less stressful than home duties because you are dealing with grown adults, not trying to raise little kids, give them structure, teach them, discipline them day in and day out.
Everything needs it's healthy balance with someone to help you. We can't do it all alone.
In time it will consume you.
Its simple. Women aren't forced to be obedient houseslaves and financial hostages when they run a business. At the end of the day they can go to a spa without having to ask their husband for permission, who might turn out however unpleasant possible, complains about feminism or denies her her spa. It ain't a secret.
