Low blow in self defence class?

Hi their I got a friend who is in an another country she said that in her school say got a self defence class it is optional ofcourse one of it is rules is low blow is allowed and also the balls the ages their are from 10 years to 19 and there are no age division girls and their teacher who is also a girl hit boys in the balls.
what do you think about it?
would you join if it is in your school? how will you fight if you are a girl or a boy?

Kicking someone in the genitals is sexual assault. If it's not clearly self defense (as in I shot him dead because he was try to rape me) the one who kicks should be treated like any other violent sexual predator, thrown in a dark pit and left to rot forever.

I think it is a good thing your school makes such classes available. It can be really useful to get self confidence and to feel more comfortable walking out.
I'm a bit surprised they put the 10yo and 19yo together but of course I understand they allow the low blow. We had a training at work some times ago and the instructor said focus on eyes throat balls. I mean the self defence is about disabling the assaillant and not to be used randomly

During our training we did pratice some moves like that but everyone was really careful and no one was injured. I don't think it is required to wear a cup but if you're more comfortable you could

in that school it is not allowed they want you to be a fighter so you can go with balls kicks and do not fall if you wear cups you will contunie that class naked

it is simlation for street fight so you do not go to street with cups that means you are not allowed to wear cups

They probably tried to make it more realistic but it sounds excessive. At least it is a good incentive to learn fast how to protect yourself

It makes sense to me why they'd teach it. If it's for self defence and it's a good move then not helpful to pretend it doesn't exist. wouldn't be keen if a boy though

A ball shot is a dumb move, it's not incapacitating like you see in a TV show. All it's likely to do is make the guy rage on you. Taking out an eye or knee is a much better move. Self defense starts with running.. take that from a guy who went to 11 public schools.
