Back in High School I used to have a “best friend” that would react just like your friend. It never crossed my mind that she was envious/jealous of me although everyone use to tell she was. One day I did an expo and I was very confident that day, our teacher complimented my project and my ideas and and said she liked my confidence during the expo…to which my friend responded with this comment: “the problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence” and there was awkward dead silence. Never had I noticed her jealousy so clearly until that day and I still remained her friend, until she tried to sabotage me at work. So don’t keep friends like that, because those are haters hiding under the blanket of friendship my dear.

She can't even hide her jealousy and/or doesn't even bother to hide it. And yes this is a friend who you should dump because true friends wouldn't be "disgusted" by you getting compliments or attention. Even if they feel a little pang of envy they would at least try to be happy for you and supportive. This girl isn't even hiding it and truth doesn't even like you that much
Probably envy/jealously, which I would assume is anybody obvious first guess.
Maybe she finds the men in particularly disgusting, in this day in age I wouldn't find that too far fetched either, but you know her better than we do of course.
Because she's not getting hit on you're getting all the attention

Drop her! I know someone like that who rolls their eyes every time someone compliments me. They’re not friends! They’re confused admirers called haters. They love to hate you 😂
