Why does my friend look disgusted every time I get complimented or hit on by men in front of her?

If I get a compliment in a group of people in front of my friend, she looks visibly disgusted like someone just threw up. Someone said I'm pretty to her the other day and she looked visibly repulsed.

Same thing if I get hit on, she looks disgusted. She used to give me those looks when we started being "friends" and I wasn't doing anything. Why is she so disgusted by it? Does she secretly dislike me? Why would she show her disgust so openly?
