Girls, Is it a good thibg if a girl initiates conversation with a guy and they talk for 45min?

This girl and I are having conversation whilst she is working. We don't know each other that well but she seems to be initiating conversation with me and our talks are going for 30min to 45min. I really like this girl and she gave me free food too.

Yeah that is a good thing. She is interested in you enough she wants to talk to you. I don't exactly know what she wants from you with what i know, but she at least wants to be friendly with you.

What about the fact she is asking me how's work going etc and asking me personal questions like what is your medication for. Plus she gets overly happy to see me even when she didn't know she got overly happy

When we like someone we ask questions about them and try to know everything we can. And we get really excited when we see someone we like, sometimes not knowing we are giving off that impression.

Would that explain when she asked what my medication was for? Like all I said was a had to go and collect my prescription from the doctor. Then she asked what my medication was for

Then she went on to say how her grandmother has been diagnosed with cancer etc. She is literally just a coffee shop lady and here she is starting heaps of conversations with me. Then she and I are chatting for like 30min whilst she is working. She barely knows me but we're just clicking
