I always catch this girl staring at me across the room and when I look in her eyes she darts her eyes away, what does this mean?

So basically I’ve only had that one conversation with her and I only have 3 more classes with her until this class is over. After that if I don’t make a move I would never see her again. It is a CNA class and students will need to come to an open lab independently after class is finished to refresh the skills needed for a state test. I’m thinking of asking her to come to open lab with me to practice together.
