I've noticed this one girl does not talk to me but she will with everyone else in the store. I didn't do anything bad to her. I never said anything mean to her. When I go to work I have to focus on my job, I'm not one of those people who wastes time chit chatting with everyone but I am open to talking to people I work with.

Try asking her why she doesn't talk to you. Be friendly about it. Maybe say hi to her and sneak the question in.

Actually her boyfriend works in the store and I talk to him normally. Like I said Im not mean to her or anything. Just kind of confused.
