Why would this girl stare at me real hard when we greet each other?

This girl stares at me real hard when I say hi to her when we pass each other in the hall.

I started a new job a few weeks ago and whenever I say hi to this girl when I pass her she stares really hard at him. One time she turned red as I greeted her.

I don't stop and chat because I'm busy doing my work or on my way out after finishing work.
