Girls, Girl acts snooty around me but talks and laughs with guys she knows?

I started a new job and saw this girl who talks to guys who she works around and I hear her laughing, smiling and being human with them etc.

If I look in her direction as she walks past me (a few feet away) she looks straight ahead but she will have a stuck up or snooty look on her face. (when I do look in her direction it's only as normal like I would if a guy walked past, I don't oggle). I don't think I'm special but I've had a few very attractive girlfriends and I get a lot of (mostly only very attractive women or "high value ") looking at me smiling or checking me out. I am saying this so you don't assume I'm ugly or visually repel her and if I'm honest the guys she talks to are not attractive at all.

I just find it odd that she has a nooty look on her face when I've never even spoke to her or seen her before. She has a boyfriend because she was talking about him in earshot of me (not sure if intentional or not) She's quite attractive but I was never interested in her or ever will be if I'm honest.

I just think it's strange to have a snooty look on your face in front of someone you don't know for no reason or have never met.

Without knowing the workplace dynamic and how she relates to you as a coworker (think competitive at work) I have no clue why she treats you like this and not others.

I will make the assumption she was there before you and maybe has some sort of concern and feels threatened by you as a coworker, however irrational that fear may be.

You give a lot of detail but not a lot of context to your work situation with her. That would be more telling if she viewed you as a threat or something.

Again, I’m making a lot of assumptions and guesses considering there isn’t much to go on. My best advice is to not even worry about it and just be professional. Show your employer that you can perform well and work with others, even if they are not wanting to do the same. I would view this girl no different than anyone else, treat her like a coworker and not be concerned if she doesn’t reciprocate kindness. That is on her and not you. Best of luck to you.

Maybe she just has a resting bitch face, I’ve had many of my friends tell me that when they first met me they thought I was stuck up
