Just trying to see if I missed a chance here

This girl, who until recently was more like an acquaintance, and I went out to eat and drink then to her apartment. She gave me a tour of her house, including her room and asked me to get in her bed. Nothing happened, and she seemed comfortable, we played with her cats and dogs, but I'm not sure if she wanted more and if I should invite her out on a date or something

We had plans to hang out last week, just a hangout, but she cancelled. Maybe I gotta ask her out?

She was very touchy that night out, saying how she is so happy to finally get to know me and how mysterious I am. We even shared our food and drinks as kind of like a couple. But she gets distant sometimes, especially through text so I avoid texting her for now (prefer in person if I'm trying to gain her trust) and like I said she cancelled last week's hangout. I'm planning on inviting her to lunch tomorrow but maybe I gotta make it clear it's a date so she doesn't randomly cancel?

If she called you mysterious, then yes that's a good sign she's interested in you. I don't think making it clear that it's a date will have an effect on her cancelling though. Not sure what to tell you.

Everyone calls me that but I actually like it when she does. If it's been two weeks, think there's still a chance?

Yes, but if at first she shows signs of resentment from it being a while ago, just ask her out again a little while later to show her your still interested. It is an unfortunate thing, that yes, some women can resent men for not asking them out right away, but as long as you seem consistently eager, her resentment should fade.

So I told her today if she wanted to get dinner together, she said sure! Then an hour later says if we can move it to Sunday since work has been very stressful today. Not sure why Sunday and not Saturday but whatever. I could tell she was stressed from work before asking her for what it's worth, and I tried to reassure she was doing great, but it still sucks to hear that she changed it

I'll text her details today or tomorrow (what's better?) and see what happens but if she cancels again I have my answer I guess

Yeah probably wait until tomorrow. You don't want to look too eager, yet not indifferent either. Give her the night to rest, if she really is that tired.

Makes sense. What about sending her today a funny image I found yesterday that made me think of her, it's about sleep and stress. Yeah she is always sleepy and stressed, lol

What do you think about her being a big strange since? It was a week ago and since then on some days she really wants to talk to me, on others she barely passes by me and says hi. She almost always initiates our conversations too, but also cancelled a hangout we mad plans for last weekend. Asking for an actual date could solve that?

She initiates almost always and you don't so you doing something for a change would definitely send a message.

I did initiate our plans for last week at least, well it was her idea and I just reminded her and she said yeah then cancelled the next day
