Girls, 20M am I attractive? I’ve never had a girlfriend and am insecure about chest shape. I lack social skills and confidence. What do girls think?

I genuinely can't get where you see a problem in your chest shape, it's a normal, toned chest, fairly attractive, nothing seems wrong with that.
If you have been rejected in the past that's precisely because of insecurity and lack of social skills, not because of your body, for sure. You are probably blaming your chest shape (totally randomly in my opinion) because you can't exactly see what's wrong with you. But that is for sure a matter of lack of social skills, there is really nothing more repulsive than that, you can be a supermodel but if you have bad social skills your chances are cut off. You must really improve about that, the sooner the better, and it will improve your social role in any other social situation too (with males, colleagues, anyone). Your body won't be an obstacle in any form.
And while your facial features have nothing wrong as well (though, I think you might even improve if you try short beard as long as it's not just spread in patches), I can see insecurity and lack of confidence in the expressions you show in these photos. When you look at the camera, you are like " :/ ", when you don't look at it, you are " :( "... Your focus should be 100% on your psychology, not on your appearance really.

No there is nothing wrong with your appearance , in fact you are handsome. You shouldn't feel insecure about your body cause it looks great. And of course you can workout , that will help boost your confidence
