Girls, How would you girls react if I were your manager at a new job?

I'm asking this because we started out a few new girls yesterday for the Logistics department and I'm in charge of that department as well. So when they first came in to the Warehouse conference room they saw me sweating like a hot mess (like in my profile pic) and they all seemed like they were either really shy because they seemed like they were avoiding to look at my hot mess of a uniform. I also caught a girl staring at my sweaty arms and/or rolled up sleeves. They were super respectful and nice, but not sure if they were shy or thought I was just a hot mess lmao. What do you ladies think? (We hired all girls for this role as it's quality inspection) lol

I would be professional and respectful. I would be there to work and not to look at your body.

Exactly!! And I'm just working too so the fact that I look the way I look is because I'm actually working hard and not trying to show off anything.
