How should I handle this situation?

I have a tricky scenario I'm trying to figure out how I want to handle and I know how I'll just screw it up, but here goes. There's a young woman that I care about immensely, but she keeps ghosting me numerous times for seemingly no apparent reason. This last time was for almost 2 months to the day. Now, she decided to readd me assorted social media that she blocked me on around that time. I'm trying to figure out if I should message her first to prove that I still care or just wait on her. There is the possibility of moving on towards another woman, but my conversations feel forced in comparison. Part of me feels like a moth to her flame. I keep wanting to come towards her, but I feel like I'm getting each time. It's a tug of war in my head and heart. On one hand, the girl ghosted me several times over 3 years and kept coming up with excuses as to why we couldn't go on a date, but I still love her. On the other hand, I started lightly messaging another while she was ghosting me that is not interested in a relationship due to her mental health and I'm respecting that. How do I handle this? Risk being ghosted yet again or try for the one who doesn't want anyone for her own reasons. Ladies, any ideas or insights is appreciated.
