Why are some girls easy to some girls while hard to get not easy to others? is that normal? strange? does personality and characteristics play a part?

This is me lol. Was super easy to get for one guy. I was just seeking his attention sending him provocative pictures. He would respond to them but that was the gist. Then there's this guy i really liked he would call me and all. I didn't want to mess things up ans send him weird stuff. I wanted to show him in person lol. I think for me at least if a guy gives attention, then I will be chill and not as easy to get. But if i like a guy and he seems less interested ans need male affirmation then ill be super easy to get. Thats just for me at least
