When I tell her to leave me alone she won't listen to me why won't she just move on
In the context that you're providing, this woman may be desperate to be with someone who isn't showing interest in her for a few reasons. First, she could truly care about you and see potential in a relationship with you despite the fact that you don't feel the same way. Second, the thrill of the chase and the hope that she can convert you into liking her can be addicting and she might not want to give up on that fantasy just yet. Third, it's possible that this woman doesn't have much self-esteem and is looking for validation and acceptance through you.

Some people can’t take being rejected / they have fixated in their head about dating a person and creating a future with a person, they can’t accept reality
To be fair, a lot of people struggle with letting go after a breakup. It really is hard for them to come to terms with the fact that the other person doesn't want them, and much harder to realize that they shouldn't care about someone who doesn't care about them.
It may be harder for women to let go because there's also that psychological factor in so many where a guy pushing them away just makes her want him more.
I'd guess they are chasing after the love they never got as a child. They are working off a fantasy in their minds...

Thats creepy of her... I hope she heals and feels better but its not okay for her to keep writing you when you told her you wanna be left alone. I'd block her if I were you
Block her number. Get a restraining order. I've found those to be quite useful. Also have her trespassed from your house if she comes back.
To some people what they can't have seems to be even more attractive.
Women's fragile egos cannot handle rejection.
Low self esteem doesn't think anyone is going to want them
