How often do women lie about their height?

a lot is talked about guys and their height and those that lie about it. But having seen many women on g@g posting who were short and wanted to be tall. Or who were tall and wanted to be short. And speaking to my own experiences with women who seemingly are not truthful about their height. It got me to wondering. How often do women lie about their height?

Lol, that’s definitely a man thing. I actually did know one girl who lied about being 5’8” online when she was like 5’4” .. but she’s just a weirdo.

Girls are usually pretty truthful about height. It’s the weight we lie about.

Rarely in my experience. I´d rather see women don´t say their age or hide their face because they are embarrassed being on a dating app.

I don't know why a woman would be concerned about being too short, but if she's too tall, that could present a problem for me.

If you say so. I never really thought about it until I got here, but since opposites attract, that might be why. I'm also kind of weirded out by what I call 'finger toes' -- long, bumpy knuckle covered digits that actually frighten me somewhat... lol

Always. Most woman consider their actual height when they wear heels so a 5ft woman in her own mind is 5ft3

I don't think many try the lie, but they do have the advantage of high heels or even regular shoes built up which makes them look taller.

Yeah. I've said before it amazes me how every woman on a dating app for example that is over 40 looks like she's 25.😂 But you can guesstimate someone height by objects in a Pic they are in that have standard heights such as a doorknob.
Height is irrelevant to me. So it always makes me scratch my head why seemingly so many women would lie about it. And it got me to wondering if this is women online trying to sell an ideal image or if this is normal for women in general.
