Girls, How do you girls feel about guys ignoring you or looking at you?

I was thinking like it's a hot day and sometimes girls need the feel of wearing shorts. How do you feel when guys look at you? I feel girls find it uncomfortable when guys look at them. How do you girls feel? Sometimes I even feel their are girls who assume that just because they wear shorts, guys are looking at them like as if we're being perverted that I try to see her see me looking away to prove her wrong lol because they think they're all that lol. But really what's the feeling, do you girls feel warm that guys look at you, do you find it hurtful that they ignore or pass by you? Or simply uncomfortable? I really do not really stare at them despite their beauty just for the sake of annoying her.

I can only speak for myself but in my case, it annoys me to no end that a great number of men cannot keep their testosterone under control and have to look, gawk and stare at all the girls as soon as they start develop breasts.

I ignore them unless they start to be obnoxious and then, I will go up to them and give them a piece of my mind. If they don't stop, I take out my pepper spray and warn them one last time or else they will be faced with the consequences. This "menace" works 99% of the time. I only had to use it twice to put those perverts back in their place.

This behavior of those guys is extremely annoying because it shows that they totally lack the most basic education, have no character or personality and have the IQ or a lower being.

In public I would rather not be looked at that's why I wear baggy clothing hoodies sweatpants tends to work unless I'm at School

I feel uncomfortable if I am being scanned non stop and looked at in a disrespectful manner. But if it’s more of admiration and respectful I’ve learned to appreciate it.
