I have a work friend. We have gotten rlly close. She said we should do something for my birthday and another girl was supposed to come but couldn’t at the last minute. When we went out she bought me any drink I wanted. I was also having relationship problems with my now ex and her and I shared a moment on the couch ( we’re both bi ) and she told me I shouldn’t be with an insecure guy. I eventually asked her why she hadn’t flirted with me before and wanted her to. She then said “bet” and told me I was so pretty and had the cutest laugh and stared into my eyes. I laughed and told her she was pretty then we gazed into each others eyes for like 10 seconds until she asked me to dance.
Later on we both talked about it and she said she flirts with friends just because. We agreed to be friendly. Once, she said she flirts by eye contact and compliments and scent.
At work I kept correcting her and she stared into my eyes and was smirking and it felt weird. I jokingly kicked her out to leave and she lingered at the door and looked at me smirking and was like “enjoy your coffee”. Once we accidentally brushed hands and she laughed and said “I can’t believe we just touched hands”. Our other friend reacted and she said she was joking. She stayed way past her shift until our other friend told her to leave. Also she was weirdly lingering after each thing she said to me and she touched my veins on my arm after I pointed them out. We were gonna hangout with another coworker but she cancelled so my friend just offered to go to her house and watch a movie and chill and once she said watching a movie is code for sex. I had a grad party yesterday and invited my ex. We all went in the basement and her and I made out like 4 times lol. I initiated because I was drunk but she seemed into it and posted my lipstick stain on her face and told me she loved me when she left and when she got home. It was fun but now I’m worried I made things awkward because we work together.

Woah, making out with your coworker is risky territory. On one hand it sounds like you're both into each other, but it could also make things super awkward at work. Some things to think about:
- Are you cool with just a casual fling, or do you want something more serious? You'll need to be on the same page before going further.
- Make sure you didn't just act on drunken desires. Sober you may feel differently once the alcohol wears off.
- One of you should maybe consider changing jobs before starting a relationship. Love and work don't always mix well.
- Your bosses would probably frown on employees hooking up. Could cause drama or get one of you fired.
- Ask her how she really feels when you're both sober. Makeouts don't always equal real feelings.
- Take it slow - don't rush into a full relationship overnight just cause of physical attraction/chemistry.
For now I'd let things cool off and see how you both feel after some time passes. You don't want a big mess at your job, so tread lightly till you know it's what you both really want sober. Just my two cents! be careful out there.
