Thanks to everyone who answered. Note. Feminists always justify everything and try to protect their narrative. Conclusion: society will never accept the truth nor is it ready for it. But there are still some honest people around.
Does today's generation of women understand how attractive feminity is it to men?
I'm a technical manager and the only woman on the managerial team. I speak the technical language and translate it into business. Do I compete? None of the other men, including the CTO (my boss), understand the technicalities I'm responsible for. Do I compete? If yes... with whom?
nature gave me a powerful brain... should I leave it in the kitchen? From my perspective, it would be a huge waste... and working in tech is a lot of fun... should I give it up? Why? For what?

Your choice of career might not earn you respect to a degree, but your right to have a choice is respected. You probably are the only person who is competent in your firm, but in your field, there are a ton of people who don't get an equal opportunity because they're not women. So your case isn't an exception to the rule.
I didn't get the opportunity... I fought for it... my career started over 20 years ago when there were no women in tech... and each of us who wanted to work in that field had to fight for everything and prove we were good enough.
If you didn't get the opportunity, you would not have been in the job. So that's an oxymoronic statement. But I didn't say your case isn't an exception to the rule. You may be beneficial to your firm, but to society as a whole, you're not.
Being beneficial to today's society doesn't mean a step forward. In fact, one would think it's actually detrimental when speaking of where society is heading as a whole. Your job aside, you can't deny that there is an issue and it started at homes.
Well, it's a matter of understanding, and sometimes, a person's narrative is all they care about, but it doesn't invalidate the societal issue. Well, at least you admit contributing. Where you contribute to society or the issue at hand, that is something no one expects you to internalise.
I think you have to be more clear. What is wrong with what I do? Where lies the problem? And what is this societal issue you mentioned?
And you know a woman staying at home still can do botox while a working one will stay natural... those things aren't connected, you know. So, please, be more explicit about the problem you see.

You reciprocate the question and perhaps felt uncomfortable with it that you wanted to make it clear that your career isn't part of the problem. m, or at least, to make it known so you can get out of being uncomfortable with the question. Did the question above not highlight the effect of feminism and lack of evident femininity and what it led women to do for independence? I think it did clearly, hence everyone's response. You, on the other hand, are the only person who claims to be still unclear. If the question did not relate to you, why did you respond to it? feminism has no impact on femininity... you mentioned botox, fake beauty, shitty personality, and many men in the past... - botox's invention and use were unrelated to feminism; beauty corrections have been known for some time already, so nothing new. Personality and past partners are definitely individual things. If any person (woman or man) wants to have many partners, then they will have. It's called freedom of choice.
The funny thing is that most beauty corrections do bored women sitting at home; those working are rather natural with simple makeup... Also, women work to grow; money is important, but it is not the only motivation.

When a natural disaster or a world war happens. Those who have been selfish and contributed to the problem will feel it first. Men have always had a role in society a massive. Hell, there wouldn't be no society. And women also. And I addressed females as women because men do appreciate women. We just don't appreciate girls who probably will learn to be women when it's too late
People are actually individuals, but its safe to say that the women who fit that mold are probably lesbians or asexual.
Women who are generally attracted to men, usually do not make efforts to be less attractive to men or push men away.
Lastly, some if what you said is contrary to your point (only fans is generally paid for by men), or irrelevant (income level).
I agree that those cosmetic procedures are gross though, and that there are women who act like those memes.

Good points. Though, onlyfans is only paid for by men as a gender who happened to be the consumers but just because the consumers are simpy males by gender who can't control their sexual urges, doesn't mean they're worthy of being men to be compared to men who built society.
People who pay for sexual attention are idiots. But my point was they still pay, and despite that being a problem, it means the woman is still getting what she wants when selling herself like that.
Feminism taught women to hate womanliness, and it taught them to hate other women who don't agree with militant feminist beliefs. Feminism also taught women to pursue the hook up because "why can't a woman sleep around if men can?"
You're right that society isn't ready for that conversation, that's why you have to make it ready. People need to hear the truth whether they like it or not.
I think the main issue especially in the younger generation is that masculinity and feminity are terms everybody defines for themselves. There are no clear definition what is feminine what masculine is no longer a well known fact but a point of view. That´s the fundamental problem of modern dating women look on society and online culture and other women to get to know what feminity is guys do it similarly they go to other guys.
Femininity is a social construct, it depends on who you ask, most people might have a similar idea of what it means, but people will all have opinions that are at least a tiny bit different.
I assume you're referring to women doing more stereotypically "manly" things today, but a lot of men now think that's attractive as well.
Men use and abuse women, they always have. I suppose women are just sick of always having to live by men's rules. So now they are making things bad by going the extreme opposite way lol.

At least you put forward both sides to the argument. Unlike bias people who only defend one narrative that suits them. So Yes, there are a lot of pricks out there who ruin it for everybody, both men and women.
Women are individuals. Some do, some don't. For me, a woman should be girly and a bit bubble-headed (especially if she's got a GREAT body) but somewhat brainy and able to hold her own with the boys as a touch football, basketball and/orsoftball buddy and best of all, a sports fan.

The truth of the matter is, just like everybody, you'll grow and learn that men and women are here for each other, not to be against one another.
