How attractive /important is guy having abs to a girl?

How attractive is it to girls for a guy to have abs? Big deal or not? Benefits in bed because of them? I have been dieting and training abs like crazy and finally got abs so just curious.

I am a fitness junky and I don’t hold that much importance to abs because quite frankly , they are very unrealistic to maintain over time, especially when you want to adventure out of the cutting stages of fitness. Being in a cut forever is not healthy.

Oh Okay. I’ve had them for a month and I feel they are not too hard to maintain. I lift a lot and enjoy it so that may be why

@asker but dating wise, you eventually have to take yourself out of that routine if you want a quality relationship, are you ready to break the idea having to stay in that routine to keep abs? Or will you get offended when a girl asks you out for ice cream and such?

Oh I eat a ton of cheat meals I’ll probably be the one asking to go get ice cream 😂😂

Haha good! in theory most women don’t care about abs like that. We like men that can have a good time too , and an even bigger plus if we can lift together after having that fun together

Oh I love lifting 7 days a week it’s awesome. Even on vacations. The way I think of it that it’s an hour out of my day to get a pump and clear my mind.

Nor really important at all. I’m a gym rat and actually from my own thought can never say any of the guys I crushed on at the gym have I worried if they had abs or not.
