Does this have any meaning or am I over reading a situation?

Ok so disclaimer I’m on the autism spectrum so when I ask it’s that i legitimately don’t understand the meaning. So I took my dog to the park and we was playing for a while then this attractive girl shows up with her dog my dog immediately wanted to play with hers but his energy was too much so they somewhat divided the dog park her dog played in his space and my dog got the zoomies and ran the distance of the park over and over anyways she was playing with her dog when it decided to choose me like she would throw the ball and he would ignore her saying bring it back to her and would drop it at my feet he did this like 5 times then I went way across the park to my dog and he followed and dropped the toy at my feet. So I think she got annoyed and decided to leave. I thought it was a good thing or good signs if a dog likes someone I was thinking of talking to her more I even said bye to her as she was leaving but didn’t get much back

Like you said she may have been angry at her dog for not listening. There is a possibility she was mad at you, if you interacted with the dog/encouraged it's behaviour, but it doesn't sound like you did that. The issue here is her poorly trained dog anyway, not you.

Yeah her dog kept coming to me unsolicited she would call the dog back and he would drop the toy at my feet I was focused on my dog. She completely ignored my dog and he is extremely friendly he came up to her smiling and wanted pets but she ignored him. I said bye to her as she was leaving and didn’t really get anything back

Like she kept apologizing for the dog bringing the toy up cause he did it like 5 times but it seemed to turn to annoyance

Well there was multiple things I didn’t understand first why her dog was acting like that did she get mad because her dog was picking me and did that lead to the somewhat rude exit and not really saying anything even after I said bye
