Do bars ever retire a bar tender thats too old?

Some of these girls that started when they were 21 are getting up around 35 now, and not quite as good looking as they used to be. Does a restaurant or bar ever let s girl go because she's lost her looks? Obviously, I don't think they can fire someone for that so they probably use another reason.

As others have said, it depends on the bar. If we're talking about a singles bar catering to a younger crowd, or a top nightclub bar, then, yes, this absolutely happens. Those would be the exceptions to the rule, though. In most bars, as in most businesses, merit and performance are what determines employment, and someone with years of experience is likely to be able to manage the bar, handle ordering, manage employee schedules, and other management tasks, and that's far more valuable than just being young and hot in most places. Only the places that are heavily focused on image would be the exception.

Not usually, it likely happens in some younger clientele focused ones, however local pubs n food places have 80 yr olds behind the bar.
