Why did my friendship with her suddenly turn cold and distant?

i always got along really well with her but things seem to have gone sour all of a sudden. we never like dated so our friendship was sort of different due to the age difference but our friendship seemed genuine. i haven't seen her at all this week and only saw her once last week and we didn't really talk much , mostly she just played with her phone and pretended to be busy when nearby

saw her briefly yesterday , she arrived at place where i'd often see her but just as i was leaving , she said hi and appeared to be in a better mood but didn't have time to talk or did i really try as i was leaving. so will see what she says when i see her next

It could be a random event you are not do not have any intentional malice or guilt in. When I was 19 and 110 pounds, I complained about how fat I was in front of a 230 pound woman because my parents would always talk about how ugly and fat I was at 110 pounds. The bigger 230 pound woman slandered me to hundreds of people because she was angry at me for complaining about being ugly when I was half her size. I did not know her motive for turning people against me until I was in my 20s because it took 3 years for her to tell me why she was angry at me. There are other examples, but this is the least embarrassing one, and the one I will post online.

true its possible she is upset at something i didn't put much though into or realise was hurtful at the time , some of the girls she knew were jealous that i showed so much interest in her

also left wondering if something about her has recently changed ( in the last couple months perhaps ) that i'm not aware of , not entirely sure what that would be

as somethings about her appear to be the same like job , hair colour , girlfriend's but perhaps i didn't pick up on something

i often opened up a fair bit when i talked to her at her work , maybe i said something i shouldn't of.
but she always seemed ok with our conversations

is so many things that could of changed about her that i'm not aware of , like her health , maybe she was prescribed something , maybe a family issue , pet , she was also planning to go back to school in fall but didn't hear anymore about it

she also seems to have a side to her i haven't really experienced , saw some pictures of her at parties drinking in more revealing outfits , i've never even seen her drunk so possible something went on at one of those, maybe she doesn't want me to know what she's been up to at those nights , its not uncommon for dirty , dumb and questionable stuff to happen at those

i feel like there has to be a specific reason although there has been some back and forth moments so perhaps she will re appear in a better mood
