Do girls like being playfully mean to guys?

There's this girl who is always being mean and sarcastic to me and yet, when I suggest that maybe I should leave her alone, she tells me I'm being dramatic, which means she doesn't really dislike me. I can take her jabs at me and when I ask her why she is like that to me, she says "because its you", "you'll be fine" or "i always have time to be mean to you". I have never seen her being like that with anybody, guys or girls, so I wonder what makes her act like this? She knows I'm not a pushover and I'm confident in myself and yet she always tries to find a negative to comment on. I enjoy the back and forth but I wonder what makes her focus on me? Is it dislike or annoyance?

I used to like to tap guys in the balls that I like and they would come after me, I mean they would be playful and ask me out and stuff. Guys are funny about that. But I never act mean towards anyone and if I did I would expect them to dislike me. Don't mess with mean people, they are not worth the trouble. Basically she is a retard and has some problems.

Its not so much that she is mean, how can I put it? She acts like a bratty little sister, if that comparison makes sense. She is all nice and stuff to other people but when its just me and her she is way different and sometimes she gets so pissed at me when we argue and yet we talk all the time, its just weird. People see this and they always tell us we argue like an old married couple and we get mad at each other but even so, I can't see myself talking to anybody else...
